We need energy. Out body, mind, emotions, home, working space and vacation destinations cannot exist and develop without energy. The more energy we have inside and around us, the more ambitious goals we set, the more incredible dreams and the more powerful aspirations we have.

We advocate for conservation of resources given to us by life and by nature, for careful management of such resources making the difference for us and for the world. That’s why Enel facilitates the energy transition around the globe: we use renewable energy sources to preserve energy and power of the nature for the future generations.
Energy is invisible, but life freezes without it
We cannot imagine our life without electricity. If an emergency or another reason interrupts the power supply, life practically stops and everyone is impatient to see light back in houses and apartments.
At the same time electricity has become an integral part of our lives and we don’t even notice it anymore. Just think how often you forget to turn off the lights in rooms, how often you leave chargers in outlets, leave your turned-on computer for weeks, although you only work on it for about 8 hours a day.
Where does energy go?
Believe me, apartment also allows for economical use of electricity.
Here are few simple examples. Lighting accounts for 10% of our electricity consumption and this percentage can be easily reduced. Try to maximize your use of daylight, install low-energy light bulb, turn the light off when leaving the room, dust the bulbs off, by the way, dust steals up to 15% of the the bulb’s brightness. As you can see, actions are easy and they improve the quality of life.
