New Challenges and New Opportunities
Reshape means new challenges and new opportunities that cover the span of all of Enel’s business lines, from Power Generation to value added products and services.
CHALLENGE No. 1: Applying automation to renewable plant construction
We are looking for new solutions to make the construction activities, the monitoring of their progress and the commissioning of its plants safer and quicker. The Company is focused on extended list of tasks which can be performed using advanced automation solutions and autonomous systems, collaborative robots, artificial intelligence and digital platforms.
CHALLENGE No. 2: Increasing employees’ safety and ensuring correct distancing and traceability
We are seeking solutions to ensure the recommended social distancing and protection guidelines are enforced in both open areas and closed spaces such as vehicles.
CHALLENGE No. 3: Ensuring rapid sanitisation in field operations and external spaces
We are looking for innovative solutions and technologies that can improve the sanitation of shared spaces and equipment. Our goal is to reinforce the health and safety of employees by reducing the risk of spreading COVID-19.
CHALLENGE No. 4: Providing remote site visits for Enel X’s industrial & residential customers
We are looking for solutions to provide our industrial and residential customers with remote support, assistance and remote site visits to keep serving them more efficiently and safely.
CHALLENGE No. 5: Improving Enel’s end-user profiling
We seek to better understand its end-users with solutions able to gather and consolidate data to profile unique consumers as well as identify those who require special care or are more vulnerable.
CHALLENGE No. 6: Fostering Enel customers’ digital experience
We are looking for solutions focused on enhancing the consumer experience. Our task is to reduce the number of steps as well as operations involved in the process to sign a new contract, request and get delivered a new product or service.
