New Head of HR and communications in PJSC Enel Russia

Moscow, July 27th, 2018 – The Board of Directors of PJSC Enel Russia approved a revised list of key management positions within the company and the appointment of its related executives.

Stephane Zweguintzow, former Director for External Relations and Sustainability, has been appointed Head of Human Resources and Organization as well as takes on the position of Deputy General Director. Mr. Zweguintzow replaces Galina Shirinova, who left the company to pursue other interests.

Stephane Zweguintzow has been working in the Enel Group for 18 years taking on several managerial positions. In 2014, he assumed the role of Director for External relations and Sustainability in Enel Russia.

The former External Relations and Sustainability unit no longer exists and has been broken down into separate units: Communications, Institutional Affairs that have been merged with Regulatory Affairs, and Sustainability that will be headed by Mr. Zweguintzow ad interim.

Alsu Zagorskaya, former Head of Media Relations, has been appointed by the Board of Directors as the new Head of Communications of Enel Russia.

Mrs. Zagorskaya joined Enel Russia External Relations Department in 2013 where she assumed several roles. Since April 2016, she has been working as the company’s Head of Media Relations. Mrs. Zagorskaya has a degree in Public Relations and is a skilled and experienced communications professional.

These changes will be effective starting from August 18th, 2018.

An Enel Group subsidiary, PJSC Enel Russia operates the following power plants: Konakovskaya GRES, Nevinnomysskaya GRES, Sredneuralskaya GRES and Reftinskaya GRES. The company’s total gross installed electrical capacity is 9,428.7 MW (equivalent to 8,878.4 MW net installed capacity) and thermal capacity is 2.382 Gcal/h. PJSC Enel Russia’s authorised capital is 35,371,898,370 roubles, which is divided into ordinary shares with a par value of 1 rouble. The Enel S.p.A share in the company’s authorised capital is 56.43%, PFR Partners Fund I Limited’s share is 19.03%, Prosperity Capital Management Limited’s share is 8.23% and other minority shareholders’ share is 16.31%. PJSC Enel Russia shares are listed in Level 1 MICEX quotation list. The company was established in Yekaterinburg on October 27th, 2004 as OJSC OGK-5. On July 7th, 2009 by the resolution of Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting the company was renamed OJSC Enel OGK-5 and on August 8th, 2014 the Federal Tax Service registered the new version of the company’s charter with the name OJSC Enel Russia.
