Enel Russia appoints new head of human resources and organization

Moscow, February 16th, 2017 – PJSC “Enel Russia” has appointed Galina Shirinova, current Acting Head of Human resources, as its Head of Human resources and organization. Her candidacy was approved earlier by the company's Board of Directors. In this position she will replace Sergey Petrov, who decided to leave the company last summer to pursue his career outside the Enel Group.

Galina Shirinova joined the company in 2010 as Deputy Head of Human resources. Since December 2014, prior the appointment as acting Head of Human resources, she held the position of Director HR Generation - Senior HR business partner.

Previously, since 2001 till 2010 Galina Shirinova worked in a major Russian recruitment company “Kelly Services”, where since 2003 she has been holding the position of a Director of Human resources for 7 years.

In 1987 Galina Shirinova graduated from the faculty of foreign Languages ​​of the State Pedagogical University with the specialty "Teacher of English and German languages". In 2000 she passed the retraining program “Management of Human Resources” in Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.

In 2009, she has been included in the list of top 1000 most professional managers in Russia (Association of managers).

Her native language is Russian, she also speaks English and German.

PJSC Enel Russia shares are listed in Level 1 MICEX quotation list. The company was established in Yekaterinburg on October 27th, 2004 as OJSC OGK-5. On July 7th, 2009 by the resolution of Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting the company was renamed OJSC Enel OGK-5 and on August 8th, 2014 the Federal Tax Service registered the new version of the company’s charter with the name OJSC Enel Russia. On June 25th, 2015 the company changed its legal type and was renamed PJSC Enel Russia.
