Moscow, October 26, 2016 — Today, within the framework of Moscow International Forum for Innovative Development «Open Innovations», the Chairman of Enel Russia’s Board of the Directors Stephane Zweguintzow and Evgeniy Borisov, Business Development Director of Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) signed a cooperation agreement in the field of internet initiatives for business acceleration.
The agreement is based on the parties’ mutual interest in joint development of online projects within the IIDF Accelerator, which is an internet programme of acceleration business development. The collaboration involves the identification of online projects and start-ups to be evaluated by experts, as well as targeted training for the teams developing the selected projects.
In addition, within the framework of cooperation public joint activities are planned with the aim of increasing the public awareness in the field of Internet technologies.
Starting from this year Enel Russia plans to participate actively in the implementation of initiatives to support start-up in Russia, fully in line with the Group vision. The Enel Group is actively involved in initiatives aimed at supporting start-ups with the ability and potential to drive trends and develop new products and services for the energy sector.

PJSC Enel Russia shares are listed in Level 1 MICEX quotation list. The company was established in Yekaterinburg on October 27th, 2004 as OJSC OGK-5. On July 7th, 2009 by the resolution of Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting the company was renamed OJSC Enel OGK-5 and on August 8th, 2014 the Federal Tax Service registered the new version of the company’s charter with the name OJSC Enel Russia. On June 25th, 2015 the company changed its legal type and was renamed PJSC Enel Russia.
