“Technological and social disruption drives continuous changes in companies, which can either choose to be reactive or to anticipate trends and take the reins of this process, guiding change themselves. Thanks to the We4U program, Enel and partner academies want to grasp the early signals of society and emerging innovations in order to anticipate and accelerate change, with the aim to reach, as soon as possible, an entirely decarbonized society powered only by renewables. Cooperation is the only way to achieve this ambitious goal.”

– Francesco Starace

“The feeling of every innovator, as well as the fear of exploring new territories and the guilt of giving up habits, is certainly the thrill of discovery. Do not dread breaking the rules when your heart asks for it. We must not be afraid of destabilizing a system, as the need for change is in its nature.”

– Giovanni Allevi

Internationally renowned composer and pianist Giovanni Allevi is responsible for a profound renewal of cultured music, bringing the art of composition back to the attention of younger generations. He holds a conservatory degree in Piano and Composition and graduated in Philosophy with the thesis "The void in Contemporary Physics". He has trod the stages of the most important concert halls in the world, from Carnegie Hall in New York to the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, up to the Forbidden City in Beijing. Thanks to his intellectual commitment, he is a philosophical point of reference on the concepts of innovation, folly and change. Knight of the Italian Republic for artistic and cultural merits, he was awarded the “Stella d’Oro al Valore Mozartiano” prize, and he is Ambassador of Save the Children, the charity at the forefront of defending the rights of children. The American Space Agency NASA named an asteroid after him.
