Since 2015, Enel Russia applies a Quality Management System to increase the value of the high-quality products and services, as well as to strengthen activities aimed at drawing attention to the quality issues.

In Enel Russia we developed the Quality Policy demonstrating our commitment to quality at 360 degrees. The main procedures of the Quality Management System that are required according to ISO 9001:2008 will be developed before the end of 2016. This is not about the safety of products and services for people and environment only, but also about the degree to which the customer’s needs and expectations are satisfied.

It is important that the matters of quality are not concentrated in the central office or at the power plants only, but lie in close interaction and cooperation between all organizational units of the Company. Combining the best practices of modern production, competent management, and conscientious work of many people, all our employees make their contribution to the establishment and improvement of the Quality Management System of Enel Russia.
