In 2009, Sergey Rachkin graduated from Moscow Psychological and Social Institute majoring in Civil Law. In addition to this, he obtained a degree in power engineering.
Until 2005, he worked in various security agencies.
From 2005 to 2012, he worked in the Security Department of Konakovskaya GRES (since 2006 it became a branch of OJSC “OGK-5”). Since 2012, he was Head of Information Security in Enel Russia. He was engaged in building and development and management of protective measures to counter security threats.
Sergey Rachkin currently holds the office of Head of Security in PJSC Enel Russia.
He is responsible for the physical protection of the Company's facilities, crisis management, and mitigation of risks for employees, infrastructure, information and economic security.
